Removing OnlyFans Leaks from Telegram, Reddit and File Hosts

An OnlyFans leak shared in a Reddit post, Telegram channel or piracy forum may be hosted somewhere else entirely. Reporting the visible post can help, but the underlying photo or video may remain on a separate file server. A proper removal effort identifies both the public post and the media host, then uses the correct reporting channel for each.

Public posts are generally more straightforward to document than private chats or encrypted groups. No service can promise access to conversations it cannot lawfully view or delete files from other people's devices.

Start by mapping the distribution chain

Suppose a public Telegram channel includes a link to a file-sharing site. A Reddit thread might repeat that same link, while a separate piracy domain embeds the file as a player. These are not necessarily three copies of the video. They may be three promotional or access points leading to one hosted file.

Before filing anything, record the public channel or thread URL, individual message or post, external media link and actual accessible file URL where it can be observed safely. Note whether the file appears to be duplicated on more than one host.

Separating these locations prevents two common mistakes: reporting the wrong service as the host and claiming an item has been removed merely because a post linking to it was deleted.

Removing copyrighted content from public Telegram channels

Telegram's official FAQ distinguishes content on its public platform from private conversations. For alleged copyright infringement involving publicly available bots, channels, groups or other public material, Telegram identifies dmca@telegram.org for complaints submitted by copyright owners or authorized agents.

Telegram also describes in-app reporting of illegal content and provides abuse@telegram.org for appropriate public content reports. Report options vary by interface and type of concern. A copyright notice should identify the accessible Telegram material and contain accurate ownership information, rather than an unsupported allegation that every account mentioning a creator infringes copyright.

An individual public message link is more useful than a statement that content is somewhere on Telegram. Include enough context for reviewers to locate the offending public material, while avoiding unnecessary distribution of the files themselves.

What if the content is in a private Telegram group?

Telegram states that it does not process copyright complaints about private chats and groups in the same way as public content. That restriction is significant. An outsider may not be able to verify the material or have a platform-level route for requesting the removal of each private copy.

Where a private chat points to a publicly accessible external file host, the host can be assessed separately. If threats, impersonation or other misconduct are involved, the relevant safety procedures and local law may be different from copyright enforcement. Avoid services claiming they can inspect all private channels or purge every participant's downloads.

Reddit has policies addressing non-consensual intimate imagery, including qualifying fake or manipulated media. But creators selling commercial adult content should not assume that every unauthorized repost belongs in the non-consensual private-image workflow. Reddit's Take It Down Act help explicitly directs commercial adult content creators reporting unauthorized commercial content toward a copyright complaint.

That matters when a paid OnlyFans video is reposted without permission. If the reporting creator owns the copyright or is authorized by the owner, the copyright pathway may be more appropriate. For a non-commercial private intimate image, a different Reddit rule or reporting process may apply.

Keep the subreddit name, individual post URL and specific media location. Do not assume that reporting a subreddit will automatically delete every image, and do not file unsupported complaints against ordinary discussion or lawful references.

A copied screenshot uploaded natively to a social platform and a link to an off-platform file are different technical arrangements. The platform may moderate its post, while the separate file-sharing site decides what remains on its servers.

Investigate which party actually stores the file, whether the specific URL is still accessible and whether the rights holder can submit a supported copyright or other content report to that provider. In some cases the correct contact is a website's designated copyright agent; in others it may be its platform abuse team.

If an unauthorized copy appears on several websites, our broader OnlyFans takedown guide explains how to track the copies independently. The DMCA guide covers the legal information a copyright notice needs.

A platform-by-platform reporting checklist

  1. Identify the exact post or public channel. Capture the accessible URL, not only the account name.
  2. Determine where the media lives. Differentiate native uploads, embedded players and links to external files.
  3. Confirm the reporting basis. Copyright ownership, platform policy, impersonation and intimate-image rules have different requirements.
  4. Use Telegram's public-platform routes where appropriate. Do not assume a copyright report is available for private chats.
  5. Select Reddit's correct pathway. Unauthorized commercial creator media may call for a copyright complaint.
  6. Notify separate file hosts when justified. A deleted Reddit post may leave the linked video online.
  7. Log every response and recheck known locations. Count only observed changes, not merely the number of reports sent.

What CCA can do

CCA assesses known publicly accessible URLs, distinguishes posts from underlying file hosts, verifies appropriate rights or authorization and coordinates eligible platform or copyright submissions. Where a broader audit is agreed, we can also examine other accessible distribution locations and relevant search listings.

We cannot remove material from inaccessible private conversations or compel an uncooperative provider to act. Our case records distinguish reporting activity from confirmed results.

If your content has been reposted across Telegram, Reddit or file-hosting sites, submit the public links for a confidential assessment.

Frequently asked questions

Can CCA remove an entire Telegram channel sharing OnlyFans leaks?

Eligible public content and channel complaints can be assessed through Telegram's official reporting routes, but Telegram decides the result. No independent provider can guarantee that a whole channel will be removed.

Can I report stolen paid OnlyFans content on Reddit as a copyright issue?

Potentially, where you own the applicable copyright or are authorized to act. Reddit specifically refers commercial adult content creators to its copyright complaint process for unauthorized sharing of commercial media.

If a Reddit post is deleted, is the linked file deleted too?

Not necessarily. A separate file host may still serve the media. The host and each public repost should be assessed independently.
