One leak, several very different platforms
A stolen creator video can appear in a public Reddit community, a Telegram channel, an image host and copied social media posts. Although the media may be identical, the report recipient, policy and practical limitations can vary considerably.
Public forum posts are generally easier to document than encrypted chats or private groups. A screenshot showing a leak occurred is not equivalent to an accessible URL or a provider able to moderate it. CCA establishes which locations can be assessed and which reporting routes are available.
We do not promise to access private communications, erase third-party devices or force a platform to disclose user identities.
Reddit and non-consensual content
Reddit's rules prohibit sharing, threatening to share or soliciting non-consensual intimate media, including certain sexual deepfakes. A specific post or comment can be assessed under the platform's content policy. Copyright may provide a separate route when the reported media infringes rights held by the creator.
A subreddit link, individual post URL and externally hosted media link may all refer to different targets. Separating them helps avoid a report being addressed to the wrong party.
Where several posts appear in related communities, CCA can consolidate the public URLs and document each submitted report.
Telegram and messaging platforms
Telegram includes public channels and other services with their own moderation practices. The accessibility of content and availability of an appropriate report route matter. Publicly visible messages or channels may be eligible for platform-specific complaints, but private or encrypted sharing creates technical and practical limits.
Some content in social messages may be hosted by a third-party service, requiring additional investigation. CCA does not guarantee Telegram takedowns or claim to monitor inaccessible conversations.
The broader social media response
Other social platforms may offer separate reporting grounds for copyright, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation or abuse. CCA checks the nature of each post and the rights involved before choosing a report. Incorrectly labeling every concern as copyright can reduce accuracy and expose the reporter to risk.
If linked search results reveal the content beyond the original platform, a separate search delisting assessment may also be useful. Removing the social post does not always remove every mirror or cached reference.
How CCA can coordinate the case
Share the public posts, account URLs or channel links that you have. CCA can assess available evidence, identify the applicable reporting grounds, submit eligible requests as authorized and track replies. For multiple platforms or suspicious wider distribution, an exposure audit can define a broader service scope.
The result is a clear record of what was reported and what changed, without implying that one submission reaches every private group or social platform.
Frequently asked questions
Can you help report leaked posts on Reddit?
Yes. We can assess public post URLs and pursue applicable content-policy or copyright routes, subject to authorization and Reddit's review.
Can you guarantee Telegram will remove a channel?
No. Visibility, reporting options and platform decisions vary; private or encrypted communications can be outside accessible case scope.
If Reddit removes a post, does its external video host also remove the file?
Not necessarily. An external file host controls its own content. A separate eligible notice may be needed.
